We   know   that   situations   differ   and   that   your   needs   will   change   with   time,   so   we   have designed   AssistPro™   solutions   with   flexibility   in   mind.   A   modular   approach   means   that   you select   those   that   are   most   relevant   to   your   need;   use   them   singly   or   with   others,   as   an   ad- hoc   purchase   or   as   part   of   a   longer-term   program.   Because   our   aim   is   to   develop   lasting capability   we   are   happy   to   transfer   our   knowledge   and   expertise   to   equip   you   to   meet   the need   yourself   through   one   of   our   training   workshops   or   by   mentoring.   Each   solution   has   a standard specification and within agreed parameters a fixed price.

Training

All    of    our    training    workshops    are    designed    to    address    skills    and    knowledge    gaps    in    a practical    way    –    based    on    our    wide    experience    working    with    public    and    private    sector organisations.   Whilst   we   have   a   standard   format   which   is   tried   and   tested   we   know   that   you may   want   to   adapt   the   content   to   suit   your   local   environment.   We   only   use   experienced tutors   who   bring   practical   knowledge   and   insight,   and   the   workshops   are   typically   designed to   be   delivered   on   your   own   premises   although   alternatives   can   be   arranged.   To   see   more detailed   information   follow   the   link.   If   you   have   bespoke   skills   development   needs   please get in touch, we may be able to help.
